Environmental Impact Assessments and Environmental Reports
These are often requested to form part of a Planning Application or part of a Further Information Request from planning based on the proposed size, scale or nature of a development. The reports often require the completion of specialist monitoring such as: noise impact assessments, ambient air quality, ground and surface water sampling (hydrogeology and hydrology), traffic surveys, ecological (flora and fauna) surveys, soils (geology) and archaeological surveys among others.
